How custom can I get?
We cater for every part of the spectrum. Maybe you have the exact wedding dress in mind, and cannot find it in any stores? Perhaps, you have no idea, but after searching you have come up empty handed? You may even like one of our designs, however, you want it to fit perfectly and so you need custom measurements? Or, you are inspired by one of our designs; you just think you'd prefer it with shorter sleeves, or a more flared skirt, or a lower back, or... you get the picture. Essentially, we would be thrilled and honored to work with you to create what YOU want, not what the stores say you can have! Again, any enquiries can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I pay?
Currently, we do not take payment through the website. We will accept cash, check, or major debit/credit cards, when an order is made with us in person.
Do you offer delivery?
Our primary business is here in Colorado, and as such orders made locally will be delivered to you by us; usually when we do the final fitting. We do ship first class mail if you live further afield, which should get to you within one to four weeks; depending on location. There are other methods that are faster; so let us know if you are in a hurry, and we can make faster shipping arrangements.
What type of sizing do you use?
We provide custom sizing on every order. We can provide the standard sizes, but we prefer to make the perfectly fitted garment that is unique to your shape. If you are local to us, we will measure you and make sure everything is just right!
What is your return policy?
If you purchased a custom design from us locally, we will constantly be working with you to make everything as perfect as possible throughout the design and construction phases. Once we have moved beyond the "mock up" phase, the garment fabric will have been purchased and so those costs cannot be recovered. If we have to ship to your address, please let us know within three (3) business days if you are not satisfied, and we will work with you to correct the issue. Shipping charges will not be returned.
Can I make bulk orders?
Of course! Usually, the bulk orders come in the form of a wedding gown and bridesmaid sets or just the bridesmaids gowns. Just speak with us about the bulk order and we will work with you to create the set you want! If you want answers now, just email email@example.com.
How do I keep track of my order?
When you make the order, the entire process will be laid out. You can get more information by visiting The Process page that describes the typical phases to getting your unique custom dress or outfit. We keep you updated each week, and are in constant contact with you with schedules for fittings and consultations. If you ordered from further away and local contact is not possible, and items shipped will have tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your garment has been shipped.
